These terms govern use of the Doorcheck email-security service. By connecting a mailbox or signing in to the console, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Doorcheck scores inbound (and optionally outbound) mail for phishing and spam, and — in enforce mode — moves confirmed threats out of the inbox into a quarantine or a designated folder. It provides operator dashboards, incident tracking, awareness simulations, and per-mailbox reports. The service reads mail via the connected provider’s API and does not act as a mail relay.
You represent that you are authorized to connect the mailboxes you connect and to consent to the access requested. You are responsible for configuring enforce mode, simulations, and integrations appropriately, and for the accounts and credentials used to administer the service. Phishing simulations may be sent only to mailboxes you are authorized to test.
You may not use the service to process mail you have no right to access, to attempt to breach the service or other tenants’ data, or in violation of applicable law. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service.
No security product catches every threat. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; we do not warrant that it will catch all malicious mail or never misclassify legitimate mail. You remain responsible for your organization’s overall security posture.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doorcheck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from mail that was or was not classified as a threat.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. You may stop using the service and disconnect mailboxes at any time. See our privacy policy for how data is handled on termination.
